This workshop investigates various group dynamic situations typical in helping organizations and helps participants to become aware of their impact.
Aim: Participants investigate common factors and disturbing phenomena, sometimes present in helping organization group dynamics and become familiar with its impact and the common interventions.
Content:
– Abuse in the helping organization (Emotional, psychological, financial, and spiritual abuse)
– ”Wolf in the Sheep’s Skin?” Narcissistic Personality Disorder Phenomenon at the helping Organization
– “Confusion and Gossiping” Borderline disorder phenomena in a helping organization environment
– Projection, transference, and other collective unconscious phenomena in the helping organization environment
